RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
SEWER TELEVISION INSPECTION CUBE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt 'of bids for the purchase of a
sewer television inspection cube system for the City of Plymouth;
WHEREAS, said equipment is required to adequately provide City services; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on December 12, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Buchen S.I.S., Inc. $ 34,878.00
Aries Industries, Inc. 34,962.00
WHEREAS, the bid of Buchen S.I.S., Inc. is in conformance with the City's
specifications for this equipment and it is recommended that it be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The bid of Buchen S.I.S., Inc. is declared the lowest responsible
bidder.
2. That the City hereby accepts the bid in the amount of $34,878.00 and
funds for this purchase are authorized from the Sewer Fund (502-502-
921), 1991 Budget.
Adopted by the City Council on January 6, 1992.
