APPROVING VARIANCE TO CITY CODE STANDARDS TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT A FIRE
LANE FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING AT 3400 PLYMOUTH
BOULEVARD (91097)
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Variance to City Code Standards to
allow construction without a Fire Lane for the Public Safety Building
requested by the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has recommended approval of the Variance based on the
unique circumstances of this case,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Variance to
the City Code to permit construction of the Public Safety Building at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard per a Site Plan administratively approved without a Fire
Lane along the west wall in a manner requested by the applicant's letter of
December 20, 1991.
Adopted by the City Council on January 6, 1992.
