RESOLUTION 92-12
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HAZELDEN FOUNDATION FOR
HAZELDEN PIONEER HOUSE LOCATED AT 11505 36TH AVENUE NORTH (89070)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Hazelden Pioneer House was approved under City
Council Resolution 89-553; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $126,955; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 90-786, authorized a reduction of
the Certificate of Deposit to $9,150; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Certificate of Deposit #7642 in the amount of $9,150, which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Hazelden Pioneer House.
Adopted by the City Council on January 6, 1992.
