RESOLUTION 92-11
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CALIBER DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION (90069)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Alpha Center located at 15800 32nd Avenue North was
administratively approved by the Administrative Approval Letter dated August
29, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $66,300; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $56,650
reduction of the Letter of Credit #82455 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Alpha Center to a new total guarantee of $9,650.
Adopted by the City Council on January 6, 1992.
