HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-001CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92-1 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS PLYMOUTH MEADOWS ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate cartain drainage and utility easements in Plymouth Meadows Addition; and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for January 6, 1992 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of January 6, 1992; and WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on January 6, 1992; to inform any and al' it.terested parties relevant to the vacation of certain drainage and utility ea::-ments in Plymouth Meadows Addition; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated: That part of the drainage and utility easements dedicated in Lots 10, and 11. Block 1 Plymouth Meadows Addition according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of Register of Titles in and for Hennepin County, MN. Adopted by the City Council on January 6, STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. 1992. J J The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the meeting of the Plymouth City Council on January 6, 1992 , with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof. WITNESS my hand officially as such City Clerk and the corporate seal of the City this 16th , day of January, 1992 City Clerk
