APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
PARCEL 1
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a settlement agreement for
the necessary easements for City project No. 948 with respect to Parcel
No. 1 (McGraw parcel); and
WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to a settlement in a total
amount of $4,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into the settlement agreement for said parcel in the amount of
$4,500.
