RESOLUTION NO. 91-816
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
1991 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO. 102
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and C.S. McCrossan, Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for the 1991 Street
Reconstruction Program - Phase I, City Project No. 102, said agreement
being dated June 12, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount vas $1,083,024.65.
Change orders were approved in the amount of $1,700 and
the value of the work to date is $917,649.38 and is
herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for 1991
Street Reconstruction Project - Phase I and certified to
the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the
same, is hereby released from the contract except as to
the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of
$54,130.79 to C.S. McCrossan, Inc. for the 1991 Street
Reconstruction Project is hereby approved and the City ;
Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 1991.
