RESOLUTION NO. 91-815
ADOPTING AMENDED POLICY FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
DEFERMENT FOR HOMESTEAD PROPERTY OWNED BY
SENIOR CITIZENS AND DISABLED PEOPLE
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Special Assessment
Deferment Policy; and
WHEREAS, the income guidelines for eligibility to that program
c:re based upon the guidelines adopted for the Housing and
Redevelopment Home Improvement Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the guidelines for the Housing and Redevelopment Home
Improvement Grant Program have been revised in accordance with
the Federal Housing and Urban Development Program Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to retain a consistency between
the income guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
adopt an amended Policy for Special Assessment Deferment for
Homestead Property Owned by Senior Citizens and Disabled People
dated December 16, 1991.
