RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
CITY PROJECT NO: 017
WHEREAS: Pursuant to an advertisement for bids for construction of the Public
Safety Building, bids were received, opened, tabulated, according to law and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, It appears that Knutson Construction Company of Minneapolis,
Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder complying with the minimum
specifications.
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Knutson Construction of
Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the name of the City of Plymouth for
the Public Safety Building project according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file
in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of
$2,873,400 (the Base Bid and Alternate 9.)
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
