RESOLUTION 91-805
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES FOR
TREE PRESERVATION FOR SEVEN PONDS 2ND ADDITION (91062)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Seven Ponds 2nd Addition by Resolution 91-648; and,
WH' -REAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $2,600
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Financial Guarantee for Tree Preservation for Seven Ponds 2nd Addition in
the amount of $2,600.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 1991.
