SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 91- 789
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A
WST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a drainage and
utility easement within Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, WST Addition by
Resolution No. 91- 789 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the
County until:
1. The final plat of WST 2nd Addition is filed with Hennepin
County.
