RESOLUTION NO. 91-789
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 1, BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A
WST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a certain drainage and utility easement in
Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, WST Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December 16,
1991 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of December 16, 1991; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council lid hold a public hearing on December 16, 1991 to inform any and
all interested part --'.es relevant to the vacation of a certain drainage and utility
easement in Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, WST Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement be vacated:
That part of the drainage and utility easements dedicated in Lot 1, Block 1
and Outlot A, WST Addition according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of Register of Titles in and for Hennepin County, MN.
Adopted by the City Council on December 16, 1.991

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on December 16. 1991 , with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
