OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
November 17, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on November 17, 1969 at the Vi`l:,ae Hall, 13800 State
Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
Kindseth and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-424
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF
BERKSHIRE LANE, ALL OF DALLAS LANE AND
A PORTION OF EMPIRE LALL
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the Village
Council by petition by certain property owners abutting on
Village right of way in certain portions of Berkshire Lane,
all of Dallas Lane and certain portions of Empire Lane.
Z4OW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a public hearing be held at the Village
Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on
December 15, 1969 to consider the vacation of the
j! following streets: (a) that part of Berkshire Lane
I; lying South of the Southerly line of the Electric
Shortline Railroad and North of the North line of
Lot 15, Greer's Orchard Tracts; (b) all of Dallas
Lane; (c) those portions of Empire Lane lying
Easterly of the Easterly right of way line of
Interstate Highway No. 494.
i; 2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator be
directed to give proper notice of such hearing in
the manner required by law."

[ The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and

upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth
i
! and Humphrey. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held November 17, 1969 with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrominsofar as the same
relates to setting a date for public hearing on vacation of a
portion of Berkshire Lane, all of Dallas Lane and a portion of
Empire Lane.
