RESOLUTION 91-755
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR WAGNER SPRAY TECH FOR WST
2ND ADDITION (91091)
WHEREAS, Wagner Spray Tech has requested approval of a Final Plat for MST 2nd
Addition located at 1770 Fernbrook Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and reco=ends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Wagner Spray Tech for WST 2nd Addition located at
1770 Fernbrook Lane North.
Adopted by the City Council on December 2, 1991.
