OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
November 17, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
November 17, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution
and moved .its adaption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-422
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR
TO.EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE CHICAGO AND
NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER
MAIN EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain easements for the installation
of water main and sanitary sewer along a portion of the right of way
of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company, and
WHEREAS, said easements have been submitted to the Village
by said railway in the form of a license agreement, and
WHEREAS, said license agreement calls for the payment of an
annual charge of $685.00, and
WHEREAS, in addition the Village is required to pay to said
railway a sum of $4,372.00 to.reimburse said railway for the relocation
of its commurication lines.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator of the
Village of Plymouth are hereby authorized and directed to
execute in five copies that certain license agreement
between the Village of Plymouth and the Minneapolis
Industrial Railway Company also known as the Chicago
and Northwestern Railway Company for sanitary sewer
and water main easements in connection with Project 68-1E.
2. The Village Treasurer is authorized anti directed
to disburse the sum of $4,372,0O to reimburse said railway
for the relocation of its communication lines and is
further authorized annually to pay to said railway company
the sum of $685.00 for the easement charge."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and
Humphrey. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held November 17, 1969, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to authorizing
the Mayor and the Clerk -Administrator to execute a license agreement
with the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company for sanitary sewer
and water main easements.
