RESOLUTION NO. 91-730
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOT 1, BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A
WST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of WST Addition has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage
and utility easements within Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, WST Addition:
That part of the drainage and utility easements dedicated in
Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, WST Addition according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of Register
of Titles in and for Hennepin County, MN.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of December 16, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard. as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
