RESOLUTION 91- 726
APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT OF APPLICATION EXPENSES FOR TOPLINE OUTDOOR
ADVERTISING, INC.
WHEREAS, Topline Outdoor Advertising, Inc. has requested reimbursement of
expenses submitted for a sign permit denied due to a moratorium on such
permits adopted by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it appropriate to reimburse a portion of the
claimed application expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve and direct the
reimbursement of a portion of the application expenses in the amount of $1,755
to Topline Outdoor Advertising, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on November 18, 1991.
