CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 91-725
APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT NO. 114 AND 122
WHEREAS, formal bids were advertised and received for the construction of
Shiloh, Gleanloch and 10th Avenue neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and
WHEREAS, the apparent low.bid was submitted by Matt Bullock Contracting in
the amount of $288,723.05, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended awarding the bid
to Matt Bullock Contracting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into an
agreement with Matt Bullock Contracting in the amount of $288,723.05 for the
construction of Project No. 114, Shiloh and Gleanloch parks, and Project No.
122, 10th Avenue park, and further, that funding for Project No. 114 will be
taken from the 219-219 neighborhood park account, and funding for Project 122
will be taken from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
