,t Councilman 8wphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-421
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF
j EVERGREEN LANE'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT WVsY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE cmwxL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOkTS:
1.That a public hearing be hetd at the Vi1Lge-Hall of said
i} Village at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on December 15, 1969.to consider
the vacation of that past of St:+srgresn Lane as platted In the
# duly recorded plat of Vale-Hoff and lying Southerly of a curved
line, concave to the North and having a radius of 50 foot, running
from 'a point in the watorly line of sold Lot 6, distant 66.46

2. That the; Village Clork-Adstiaistrator be•directed to give
Proper notice of such hearing ,in the manner required by law.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Coaacilaan Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Hsmphray,
Johnson and Yindsoth. Ito one Voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution vas declerod`duly passed and adopted.
