HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-722CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 91- 722 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR KELLY INNS LTD. (91095) WHEREAS, Kelly Inns Ltd. has requested approval for a Site Plan Amendment, and a Conditional Use Permit to allow a new roof cupola to exceed the 45 foot height limit by 13 feet for property located at 2705 Annapolis Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request by Kelly Inns Ltd. for a Site Plan Amendment, and a Conditional Use Permit to allow a new roof cupola to exceed the 45 foot height limit by 13 feet for property located at 2705 Annapolis Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this 2. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 4. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the principal structure and no outside storage is permitted. 6. An 8h x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. Adopted by the City Council on November 18, 1991.
