NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Nystrom Publishing of Maple Grove in the name of the City of Plymouth for the printing of the Plymouth Newsletter commencing with the January 1992 issue and running through December 1994 in accordance with the bids submitted October 23, 1991. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders deposits made with their bids, except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until the contract has been signed. Adopted by the City Council on November 4, 1991.
