RESOLUTION NO. 91-717
APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF
"NO PARKING" SIGNS ON COUNTY ROAD 9
I-494 TO FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, on street parking has been noted on County Road 9 west of I-494;
and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic
congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the installation of "No
Parking" signs on both sides of County Road 9 from I-494 to Fernbrook
Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on November 4, 1991
