RESOLUTION NO. 91-709
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL
COUNTY ROAD 9/COUNTY ROAD 101 TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Glendale Contracting, Inc. as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for County Road 9/County Road
101 Trunk Watermain, City Project No. 012, said agreement being dated
September, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $474,641.85. Four
change orders were approved in the amount of $80,818.35
and the value of the work to date is $555.460.20 and is
herewith approved. This project was completed at the
contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for County
Road 9/County Road 101 Trunk Watermain and certified to
the Council by the engineer as acceptable. being the
same. is hereby released from the contract except as to
the conditions of the performance bond. any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 5 and Final in the amount of
$11,109.20 to Glendale Contracting, Inc. for County Road
9/County Road 101 Trunk Watermain is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
