RESOLUTION 91- 698
APPROVAL OF COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING FOR AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY FOR YEAR XVIII
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Year XVIII is required to prepare a
Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy for the City; and
WHEREAS, on September 5, 1991, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment
Authority held a duly required public informational meeting to allow
interested parties to present comments; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth was required to allow a 60 day comment period
to receive public comments on the document; and,
WHEREAS, a total of 60 days has elapsed of the 60 day requirement and comments
were received from two parties, requiring minor changes to the document;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it adopt the Comprehensive Housing Affordability
Strategy for Year XVIII Community Development Block Grant Program as
recommended by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Adopted by the City Council on November 4, 1991.
