SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY VERSUS NEUTGENS AND HAGG
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth undertook a public improvement project to improve County
Road 6 by adding an interchange at I-494; and
WHEREAS, as part of the project, it was necessary to acquire additional right-of-way
from the Neutgens and Hagg properties.
WHEREAS, the city was unable to negotiate the purchase of the right-of-way and began
the condemnation process; and
WHEREAS, as part of the condemnation process, the City and property owner have reached
a proposed agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the "Settlement Agreement" between the City and the property owners
for the purchase of the necessary right-of-way on County Road 6 in the following
amounts is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the
agreement:
Neutgens $36,000
Hagg $17,500
