HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-417VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH J Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of November,, 1969. The following members were present: "Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. There were no absent members. !i Councilman Ilumphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: { RESOLUTION #69-417 i { NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL 0 - THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: The Village Attorney is hereby authorized to abandou Paris Site I proceedings if he should find it feasible to do so. i) jl Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnsoa and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. �{ Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held November 17, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
