RESOLUTION NO. 91-680
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 8 AND FINAL
NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO. 014
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Glendale Contracting, Inc. as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for Northwest Trunk Sanitary
Sewer - Phase I, City Project No. 014, said agreement being dated February
1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified their acceptance of the work and their
approval of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $287,318.75. Two
change orders were approved amounting to $13,967.70 and
the value of the work to date is $286,606.19 and is
herewith approved. This project underran the contract
amount by $14,680.26 or 4.872.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Northwest
Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Phase I Improvements, and
certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the same, is hereby released from the contract
except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any
and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees
and correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 8 and Final in the amount of
$8,733.37 to Glendale Contracting, Inc. for Northwest
Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Phase I Improvements is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby
authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
