REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CLINTON ASCHE/GARY YANISH LOT DIVISION (90035)
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 90-554 adopted by the Plymouth City Council
September 10, 1990, Clinton Asche and Gary Yanish partners in the division of Lots 27
and 28, Block 1, City View Acres (90035), have agreed to install certain improvements
for said development; and
WHEREAS, the partners have completed the installation of the required sanitary sewer
and related services as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the partners have requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

$ 11,200 $ -0-
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $11,200 to $O (zero) to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. LC 122-
91 is hereby reduced accordingly and will be released by the Finance Department.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer construction is accepted for continual
maintenance as of October 21, 1991.
