APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1991 STREET RECONSTRUCTION - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO. 102
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the clearing
and grubbing of ten trees in the boulevard area of Lancaster Lane south of
the Pilgrim Lane intersection; and
WHEREAS, this work was necessary in order to construct bus pullout lanes
for the Metro Link Bus Service on both sides of Lancaster Lane;
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1991 Street Reconstruction, Phase
I. City Project No. 102 in recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the 1991 Street
Reconstruction, Phase I, City Project No. 102 by adding $1,700 is
recommended for approval:
