RESOLUTION 91-661
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SITE PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR GOFF HOMES FOR
FERNBROOK MANOR LOCATED AT 44TH AVENUE NORTH AND FERNBROOK LANE (88019)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Fernbrook Manor was approved under City Council
Resolution 88-385; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has not completed the development prior to the November
30, 1990 completion date set by the Site Improvement Performance Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize an extension of
the Site Improvement Performance Agreement for Fernbrook Manor for a new
completion date of October 31, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1991.
