AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MADPATT ENTERPRISES FOR
TEN OAKS ADDITION LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 30TH AVENUE NORTH AND
COUNTY ROAD 101 (89039)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Ten Oaks Addition was approved under City Council
Resolution 90-206 which required the removal of a structure on Lot 5, Block 1,
Fischers Pond; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit #90-14 in the amount of $10,000, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Madpatt Enterprises for Ten Oaks Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1991.
