RESOLUTION 91-656
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR COMMERCIAL EXCAVATION,
INC. FOR HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES ADDITION FOR TREE PRESERVATION LOCATED AT 58TH
AVENUE NORTH AT PINEVIEW LANE (89008)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Heritage Woods Estates by Resolution 89-294; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $15,000
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit #271 for Tree Preservation for Heritage Woods Estates in
the amount of $15,000.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1991.
