OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
November 3, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on November 3, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13600 State
Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
Kindseth and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
-RESOLUTION NO. 69-414
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK -
ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A NOTICE OF REDEMPTION
WITH RESPECT TO $12000 SPECIAL GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS OF 1969
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth did on July 1, 1969
issue its special general obligation bonds of 1969 in the sum
of $72,000, and
WHEREAS, said bond provided that it was redeemable on any
interest payment date at par plus accrued interest, and
WHEREAS, the next opportunity to redeem said bond will
occur on January 1, 1970 or the first business day thereafter,
and
WHEREAS, the funds will be available on such plate to
redeem said bond at par plus accrued interest.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk -Administrator are
authorized and directed to execute the Notice of
Redemption of $72,000 special general obligation
bond of 1969 which notice calls for redemption of
said bond on January 1, 1970.
2. The Clerk -Administrator is authorized
and directed to publish said notice in Commercial
West magazine as required by law and to serve a copy
of such published notice upon First National Bank
of Minneapolis, Minnesota."
The above motion was 'seconded by Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Joh" ==. Kindseth.
Councilman Humphrey left the Chambers.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held November 3, 1969, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to authorizing
the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator to execute a notice of
redemption with respect to $72,000 special general obligation
bands of 1969.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator
and the corporate seal of the village this 44h__ day of
