RESOLUTION NO. 91-642
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1992 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 201
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 16th day of
September, 1991, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to certain
streets in maintenance Districts 1, 2, 8, and 9 as designated in the 1991
Pavement Management Bi•Annual Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the reconstruction of streets by
the installation of bituminous pavement, repair or installation of
concrete curb and gutter. and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held
thereon the 21st day of October, 1991, at which time all persons desiring
to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted September 16, 1991.
2. Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. is designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. The project includes:
A. The reconstruction, curb repair or installation of new
concrete curb and gutter of:
34th Ave. N. from 400' west of Walnut Grove Lane, 250'
east of Urbandale Lane
33rd Place N. from Walnut Grove Lane to cul-de-sac
west
33rd Ave. N. from Walnut Grove Lane to cul-de-sac west
33rd Ave. N. from Urbandale Lane to cul-de-sac west
33rd Ave. N. from Shadyview Lane to Queensland Lane
32nd Ave. N. from Walnut Grove Lane to 200' west
