RESOLUTION NO. 91- 639
APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR WEST MINNEAPOLIS MANAGEMENT LTD.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale
intoxicating and Sunday liquor license from West Minneapolis
Management, Inc., for Plymouth Place at 2705 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City
Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday license is
hereby approved for ,lest Minneapolis Management Ltd. for Plymouth
Place, 2705 Annapolis Lane, with a license expiration date of
January 31, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1991.
