RESOLUTION NO. 91-638
APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR CHILI'S OF MINNESOTA, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale
intoxicating and Sunday Liquor license from Chili's of Minnesota
Inc., for the premises at Lot 4, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza;
and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City
Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday license is
hereby approved for Chili's of Minnesota Inc., Lot 4, Block 2,
Rockford Road Plaza, with a license expiration date of
January 31, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1991.
