RESOLUTION NO. 91- 628
REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO
CONDUCT SPEED STUDIES
COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, an elementary school has been completed along County Road 9 west
of Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to determine the proper speed limit for this
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the City requests the Hennepin County Department of
Transportation to make a request to the Commissioner of the Minnesota
Department of Transportation to undertake an engineering study to determine
a safe and reasonable speed on the following road:
County Road 9 from Vicksburg Lane to Highway 55

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the
City of Plymouth. Minnesota. certifies that I compared the foregoing
resolution adopted at the meeting of the Plymouth City Council

and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
