APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the
following:
Item A Install special pipe bedding with construction fabric
at an estimated cost of $4,500.
Item B Furnish materials and labor to install sewer
connection between Manhole 4 and Curtis Lake Manhole
1 at a lump sum cost of $1,555.95.
Item C Furnish, install and compact granular (sand) trench
backfill material between Manhole 9 and Manhole 10,
and between Manhole 21 and Manhole 22 at an estimated
cost of $12,097.61.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Northcentral Trunk Sanitary
Sewer, City Project No. 015 is recosssended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for the Northcentral Trunk
Sanitary Sewer, City Project No. 015 by adding $18153.56 is recommended
for approval:
Original Contract Amount $335,752.00
Previous Change Orders - ADD 3,031.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 18.153.56
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991
