CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARnG
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of November, 1909. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Undseth and Johnson. The following members
were absent: None.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its -

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-411
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the

Village Council on November 3, 1969, recommending the installation of
j Sanitary Sewer on Medicine Lake Drive from Goldie Avenue North to 26th Avenue.

1 NOW T,HEREFOU, BE IT RESOLVEP BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY14OUTH:
1 "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
1 in aecor'dance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting oi.vith;in.said boundaries ,for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to X.S.A. Sec. 429.0ll 'to` 429.'Ili, it, an estiiiated
total'eost of the improveaent as shown,
2. A public hearing shall be held'.un such proposed im-
provement on the let day of Deeember 1969, at the
Village Hall, in the.'Village of Plymouth at 7:30
o'clock p.m. The Village Council shall give
published notice of such hearing and,improvement
as required by law.'"
} The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Counciiman.Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vvted.in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson
and Kindseth. (Councilman Humphrey left, the Chambers) No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
