IPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of Novembers 1969.
..The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,

Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The fallowing members were absent: None.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-410
WHEREAS, it is proposed to install: Sanitary Sewer To Serve Medicine
Lake Drive From Goldie Avenue To 26th Avenue, Project ,f69 -2C and assess the
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should beat be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvementas'recommended."

The motion was seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. (Councilman Humphrey left the
chambers) No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
