RESOLUTION NO. 91- 608
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR SWAN LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, Ideal Paving has completed all work in accordance with the plans
and specifications for Swan Lake neighborhood park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended final payment
in the amount of $6,759,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $6,759 to Ideal Paving for Project No. 023,
Swan Lake Neighborhood Park.
