RESOLUTION 91- 606
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WILLOW CREEK PARTNERS
I AND II. (90073)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Willow Creek Partners I and II for remodeling of
Willow Creek Apartments located at 135 and 235 Nathan Lane was
administratively approved on September 5, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $142,400; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon Resolution 90-115, authorized the reduction of
a cash deposit to $51,600; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $41,100
reduction of the certificate of deposit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Willow Creek Apartments to a new total guarantee of $10,500.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
