RESOLUTION NO. 69-409
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on November 3,
j!1969, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. "Such plans mad specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto mad mads a part hereof, ase hereby
approved.

The notion for the, adoption of the foregoing Resolution war duly
seconded by Couneilmsn Hints and upon vote bnipg taken therron, the
following voted in favor thereof': Mayor Ulds, Councilman Riots, Johnson,
and Eindseth. (Councilman am6ampy daft the Chambers) Me one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
