RESOLUTION 91- 602
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DURAND BUILDERS
SERVICE (90064)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Wirco Stamping Company located at 2727 Niagra Lane
was approved by an Administrative Approval letter dated September 5, 1990;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $313,266; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $204,262
reduction of the bond which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
WIRCO Stamping Company to a new total guarantee of $4,582.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
