RESOLUTION 91- 601
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR EIDEN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR HAWTHORNE PLACE (90006)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Eiden Construction Company for Hawthorne Place by Resolution 90-344; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $4,825
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit #73786 for Tree Preservation for Eiden Construction
Company for Hawthorne Place in the amount of $4,825.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
