RESOLUTION 91-595
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CHURCHILL FARMS 2ND ADDITION
FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION INC. (91079) (RPUD 90-1)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. has requested approval for Final Plat for Churchill
Farms 2nd Addition at County Road 24 and Brockton Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a D-Ei,elopment Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Churchill Farms 2nd Addition; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
