the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-408
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE ORDER ON PROJECT f69 -1,0-C
AND CONNECT THE PROPERTY OF FRED J. 6 GENEVIEVE C.. MENGELKOCH TO THE SEWER
AND WATER INSTALLATION, FOR WHICH ASSESSMENT SHALL BE COMPUTED AS DETERMINED '

BY COUNCIL AT THE TIME OF THE FORTHCOMING PROJECT ASSESSMENT BLARING.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
