HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-588CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 91-588 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF 44TH AVENUE NORTH AND FERNBROOK LANE (91044) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at the intersection of 44th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to P-2 (Low Medium Density Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for Hartford Investments, Inc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Hartford Investments, Inc. to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance. FURTHER, approval by the Metropolitan Council of the Land Use Guide Plan amendment from LA -3 to LA -2 shall be confirmed prior to publication of the Rezoning Ordinance.
