RESOLUTION 91-585
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR JERRY FISCHER FOR "ORCHIDS LIMITED" (91077)
WHEREAS, Jerry Fischer has requested approval for a Site Plan for a 42 foot by
48 foot greenhouse building for property located 4630 Fernbrook Lane North;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Jerry Fischer for a Site Plan for a 42 foot by 48 foot greenhouse building for
property located 4630 Fernbrook Lane North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum except with respect to Item
14 regarding fire hydrants as modified in #4 below.
2. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
4. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes or in lieu of fire hydrant construction the petitioner may
provide a "Hold Harmless" to the City with regard to fire hydrant
protection of the site.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the principal and
accessory structures and no outside storage is permitted.
