RESOLUTION 91-584
APPROVING AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN FOR HOLLYDALE GOLF,
INC. (91073)
WHEREAS, Hollydale Golf, Inc. has requested approval for an amended
Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan to construct a 30 foot by 70 foot garage
for the storage of golf carts on property located at 4710 Holly Lane North;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Hollydale Golf, Inc. for an amended Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan to
construct a 30 foot by 70 foot garage for the storage of golf carts on
property located at 4710 Holly Lane North, subject to the following
conditions:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this
resolution.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
4. Comrliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire lanes.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure, and
no outside storage is permitted.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
